What is a Wi-Fi QR code?

A Wi-Fi QR encodes your network name (SSID), security type, and password in a standard text format that most phones recognize. Scanning prompts the device to join your network automatically.

Steps to create one

1. Open the QRBuilder Generator and select Wi-Fi.
2. Enter your exact SSID and choose Security (usually WPA/WPA2).
3. Type your Password (leave blank only for open networks).
